* fix(backend): Bump vulnerable vanilla-extract

* bump deps futher

* remove @types/dompurify

* use more modern image
20.04 ships with node 18 as default, 24.04 with 20

* bump rest of image deps

* bump resolution

* lower resolution

* fix resolution
