- Ignore port if SITE_LAX_PROTOCOL_CHECK is set
- Invert logic for readability

* Additional checks for port mismatch

* Adjust middleware checks

- Allow for less strict checking of CSRF_TRUSTED_ORIGINS

* Slight refactor
