Document environment variables used to configure CORS and allowed_hosts (#444)

* add env vars to configure CORS and allowed_hosts

Adds documentation for the environment variables introduced in
https://github.com/inventree/InvenTree/pull/4355

* add whitespaces removed by autoformatter

whitespaces are required to enforce markdown linebreaks
